Karel Boele MSA (ANU), BE Hons Phys, BA (Syd) Director
Karel has been an advocate for, and consumer of, socially responsible and environmentally friendly products and services for 15 years. He has a background in international aid and science and has worked in the organic food sector in Australia. Karel is also director of Jnana Australia. An international economic and political research and development consultancy focused on developing a more equitable economic and political system.
Angela Kapudija Listing and Content Co-ordinator (Director, Health Movement) Angela is a microbiologist and nutritionist. She has worked in the agricultural, beauty care and food manufacturing sectors. Angela has a Bachelor of Science (Honours). Since a young age Angela has had a passion for animal rights, organic faming, sustainability, land management and water care. Angela lives a vegan raw food lifestyle for health reasons but also because it is the most sustainable way to eat, it reduces packaging and land fill waste, cuts electricity and gas usage, refrigerant emission, and reduces land and water damage caused by animal farming. Angela has WWOOFed (Willing Workers On Organic Farms) around Australia to learn more about organic farming, permaculture and biodynamics. Angela has been part of the EcoDirectory team since the beginning of 2012 and assists in the maintenance of the web site, publishing listing and attending to customer enquiries. Marina Gasperov Listing Co-ordinator Marina spent 12 years working in the fire protection industry. Marina worked as an Essential Services Administrator and Occupational Health & Safety chairperson, implementing safety policies protecting employees and supervising the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment. She managed projects with the Department of Housing and the University of Sydney. Marina is a Justice of the Peace. She has a passion for the outdoors, enjoys being surrounding by nature and is co-ordinator for a children's playgroup. Marina enjoys contributing to developing a sustainable, fair economic and environmentally friendly way of living in our community.
John McGuinness IT Developer John is, among many things, a website developer, with a background in public relations, education, seminar presentation, advocacy, negotiation, and NGO fundraising.

Zainem Ibrahim
Zainem grew up in Canberra and has worked as a human resources manager in Canberra and Sydney, and in London for NGO Tourism Concern and travel company Rainbow Tours. She has travelled in Europe, Asia and the Americas, pursuing a passion for the outdoors. Zainem now lives on the NSW Central Coast, studying Ecological Agriculture at Charles Sturt University and developing a community supported agriculture scheme.
Mark Mann
Mark is a journalist who has worked or written for the Times, Daily Express, Daily Mail and Guardian in the UK plus Vogue, Wild and The Daily Telegraph in Australia. He has written five books including The Gringo Trail, The Good Alternative Travel Guide, and Planet Ark's Little Green Guide. In 2003 he co-founded EcoShop, one of Australia's first green online stores. Mark currently writes EcoBlogs for EcoDirectory Australia. Gordon Renouf Gordon is a consultant specialising in consumer policy and legal service delivery. He is the Chair of the Public Interest Law Clearinghouse (NSW), a member of the Commonwealth Consumer Affairs Advisory Council and Chair of Good Environmental Choice Australia. Gordon was previously Director, Policy and Campaigns, for CFA member CHOICE, Director of the Northern Territory Alcohol Framework, and Foundation Director of the National Pro Bono Resource Centre. Lisa is a recognised sustainability career expert advising recent graduates, career transitioners and experienced sustainability professionals on their journeys into and through the multifaceted sustainability field. She is founder and Managing Director of Turning Green Pty Ltd. a career consultancy and recruitment firm in operation since 2008 focused on placing candidates with the skills and experience required to embed sustainability into the core of a business to improve cost efficiencies and drive revenue growth. Lisa has worked in London and Sydney in both a consultancy environment and within corporations managing the talent sourcing requirements for Jones Lang LaSalle, American Express and Caltex. Her academic qualifications include a diploma in Human Resources from the UK, a Cert IV in Carbon Management and she is set to complete a Masters in Business and Technology in 2012 which has focused on organisational sustainability and sustainable energy management.
